Specialized Information Management Associates, Inc. (SIMA) was formed by Debby Maroney, President, and Mike Cole, Vice President in 1997. The principals of SIMA have a combined experience base of more than 60 years of offering a solid reputation founded in document design, configuration management systems, and records management. SIMA has drawn on previous experiences to provide the Homefront Security & Legacy Management Planner as an organizational tool for personal use.

Debby Maroney, President and Chief Executive Officer

Debby's extensive business background spans 30 years in the aerospace and defense industry with Honeywell, General Electric and Lockheed Martin. Debby designed, implemented, and monitored documentation systems for compliance in operations, safety, quality, financial, and security systems. Debby is a Certified International Configuration Manager, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, and attended the Masters program at National-Lewis University. Debby currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Young-Rainey STAR Center Partners for Progress and is a Director for Premier Investments.

Mike Cole, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike's engineering documentation and management experience spans 35 years in aerospace and defense industry with Honeywell, General Electric, and Lockheed Martin. Mike designed, developed, and implemented document control systems and documentation packages to support cradle to grave records for product designs. Mike is a Certified International Configuration Manager and a graduate of St. Petersburg College. He received the following awards in recognition of document control expertise: Sandia National Laboratory President's Quality Award, Department of Energy Award of Excellence, and Martin Marietta Award of Excellence.
