Phase III: Legacy Management Planning
The objective of Phase III is Legacy Management Planning and is accomplished through advanced planning. Regardless of age, disability or death can occur at any time. At the time a person becomes impaired or dies, it is often difficult for loved ones to make immediate decisions in your behalf; however, many decisions have to be made in a short time. Making these major decisions in advance, on your own behalf, will greatly reduce the strain on your survivors. Make you own plans, organize the information, and share the information with some one you trust and/or your legal representative. There are two possibilities that your family may be faced with in an emergency. Phase III, Legacy Management Planning compiles information from previous Phases of this Planner and addresses the following scenarios:
Disabled
- Advanced Directives for emergency medical planning purposes.
- Assisted Healthcare preferences
Deceased
- Estate planning
- End of life pre-planning
Phase 4 - Closing Out The Estate
